We'll quickly give you a clear response with next steps you can act on. This usually takes the form of a clear, written proposal that outlines the project scope and estimated budget. We will only begin billable work once the plan is formally approved.

To ensure we deliver the necessary depth and strategy, we generally ask clients to plan for a minimum engagement of 20 hours for initial discovery and planning, especially for complex projects.

We prioritize transparent and frequent communication. You can expect daily status updates and weekly reports summarizing progress and upcoming tasks. We manage work transparently using shared tools so you can see where time is being allocated.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable that falls within the agreed-upon scope, we will dedicate the necessary time to revise and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. Our focus is always on achieving results that work.

For new engagements, we require an initial deposit equivalent to 25% of the estimated project scope to secure dedicated project time. Subsequent billing is done weekly, based on the hours logged, allowing you to track expenditure in real-time against the agreed-upon budget.

Yes. We highly value long-term partnerships. Clients who engage with us for ongoing, consistent support through a retainer arrangement qualify for a reduced hourly rate compared to our standard project rates. This is part of our commitment to supporting your sustained growth and success over time.

Once a project is successfully completed and deployed, all ownership and intellectual property are yours. We provide comprehensive documentation and, if desired, a full training session for your internal team to ensure seamless long-term maintenance and growth.

Client confidentiality is paramount. We treat all business discussions, proprietary information, and project details with the utmost security and discretion. We are happy to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to discussing any sensitive strategic work.
