For most projects we ask for a minimum of 20 hours to cover discovery and planning properly. Complex projects typically need more. We'll tell you upfront.

We stand behind the work. If a deliverable falls within agreed scope and it's not right, we fix it at no additional cost. Our focus is always on achieving results that work.

New engagements require a 25% deposit to secure dedicated project time. After that, billing is weekly based on hours logged — so you can track spend against budget in real time. Long-term retainer clients get a reduced hourly rate — we value sustained partnerships and our pricing reflects that.

You do. All intellectual property transfers to you on completion. We provide full documentation and, if needed, a training session so your team can manage it going forward.
